TRADE PROCEDURE

We will always strive on making timely delivery of best quality product at most competitive price to attain optimum customer satisfaction. After making an order of any of our product:-– Emails, calls or faxes will be exchanged to specify details on quality, quantity, packing, delivery, payment terms, etc.

  1. Inquiry and Quotation:

    • The buyer submits an inquiry specifying product requirements, quantity, and delivery terms.
    • Oáza Siva s.r.o. provides a detailed quotation, including product specifications, pricing, shipping terms (Incoterms), and payment conditions.
  2. Order Confirmation:

    • The buyer reviews and confirms the order by issuing a formal Purchase Order (PO).
    • Oáza Siva s.r.o. acknowledges receipt of the order and prepares a Proforma Invoice.
  3. Payment Terms:

    • Payment is made as per the agreed terms, typically via bank transfer (TT). or other secure methods.
    • For new buyers, a deposit or advance payment may be required.
  4. Production and Quality Assurance:

    • Manufacturing or product sourcing begins as per the buyer’s specifications.
    • Oáza Siva s.r.o. conducts thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with the agreed standards.
  5. Packaging and Documentation:

    • Products are securely packed to international shipping standards.
    • Necessary documentation (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading) is prepared.
  6. Shipping and Logistics:

    • Shipment is arranged as per the agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).
    • Buyers are updated with tracking details and estimated delivery timelines.
  7. Customs Clearance:

    • Oáza Siva s.r.o. ensures proper documentation for smooth customs clearance.
    • Assistance is provided to resolve any customs-related queries.
  8. Delivery and Final Payment:

    • Goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified location.
    • Final payment (if applicable) is settled upon delivery or as per the agreed terms.
  9. After-Sales Support:

    • Oáza Siva s.r.o. offers ongoing support to ensure buyer satisfaction.
    • Feedback is welcomed to improve future transactions.

Delivery Period
